We’re looking for passionate stallholders who share our values of quality, authenticity, and connection to the community — from farm-fresh fruit and vegetables to handcrafted food, homewares, art, and design.

Whether you’re a local farmer bringing your own produce to market, or a small-batch artisan crafting from scratch, this is your space to showcase what you do best.

What You’ll Need to Trade

 

To trade at The Central Coast Farmers Market, you will need:

  • Extremely high presentation. eg clean to the floor table cloths, decor, rises for products, clear clean signage.

  • Have 20 kg weights on each leg of your marquee (for safety and compliance)

  • Hold current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million cover)

  • Marquee visually appealing, not scruffy and old please - we recommend to purchase a white or branded one if you haven't purchased one yet. They make your products look better!

  • If selling food or drinks, have approval to operate a food business from Central Coast Council and follow NSW Food Safety.

  • All leads tagged and tested or willing to get when we organise an electrician, per venue rules.

  • Agree to and follow all Market Terms & Conditions

  • No resellers.

  • Be available for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly positions

  • Casual stalls are welcome

Do you make your products yourself? You can choose more than one option.
Marquee - Your marquee must be structurally sound and visually appealing. If you haven't purchased one we recommend a white canopy or branded with your business.
Yes - My marquee is clean and in working order.
No - But I'm willing to update.
Power

If more than one power outlet is required, make a note in the "About me" section.

Attendance

We welcome fortnightly, monthly, and casual stallholders, though ongoing spots aren’t guaranteed and depend on market operations and available space. This may differ month to month.

I understand that by attending and trading at The Central Coast Farmers Market, I agree to and accept the Market’s Terms and Conditions. These will be sent to me, and if I do not receive them, it is my responsibility to follow up prior to trading.
